Our nephew's wedding

 Greens, pinks and whites, a brides simple delight.
 Our new niece had so many wonderful ideas!
 The flower girls had little white buckets to carry and spread their
 petals. The daisy balls were attached to the chairs on the aisle.
 The Joseph Ambler Inn is a fabulous venue!
 
The staff was so accomodating!

The Bridal bouquet was white hydrangea, white roses and stephonotas
with varigated pitt just simply hand tied. The bridesmaids carried white hydrangea accented with pale greens and pinks.

The day was a little hot for some(not me), but ...the sun was shining!
I promised our niece that the weather would be fine and the sun would shine!

Yea, happy, fun day!

I don't know if it's my imagination,
but there's a glow coming
out of the flowers.
No, it was not sunny!
But there was definitely
sunshine in the hearts of
this great couple.

The red jewels were
to match the bride's
fabulous red shoes.
Everything else was
traditional.
The shoes were outstanding!

A gorgeous hot day in August??

No....How bout it
We were at Pen Ryn
same time last year
and it was Hot too!


I was able to harvest some lily of the valley from
my back yard. It was the perfect touch.
The brides grandmom had it in her bridal bouquet.


Thanks for allowing me to participate in a second
family wedding. What a wonderful day!

Corsages and Bouts!! 2010

I feel bad posting these so late but they'll already be here next year!





                                          How gorgeous were these corsages?

We have bracelettes, we have butterflies, we have bling!
One of our employees wore the orange and green one to her prom
it matched her dress perfectly!!










        Of course we had to do a matching boutinierre!

         Maybe someone will have a prom over the summer! I doubt it but remember the fall dance is only 6 months away!! We can't be to early with fashion.

Lilies and beta fish co habitating peacefully together! What a cool concept!
The table linens were gorgeous ! The setting was Pearl Buck House once again.
My friend Shannon from Newtown Rental Center made the cool lazy susan's.

Rich, royal and elegant!

Deep purple calla lilies, black magic and black baccara roses what an incredibly elegant combination.

My bride was speechless when she saw these bouquets.
She was the third and last the child in the family to be married. Yes, there were crowns!
Now I'll have to wait at least fifteen years or more to do another
wedding for this family.
What a testimonial to us. "No one else can do our wedding flowers but you Denise. How could we even think about anyone else. Is there anyone else?"
The bridesmaids carried a smaller combination of roses and dk purple lisianthus,
what a nice touch.

We seemed to have cornered the market on fun weddings this past summer.

And...do you see the sun shining behing the wedding cake!

Yes, we had another gorgeous day and what fun flower choices.

Weddings, weddings, weddings...

Our friend's daughter got married Labor Day weekend. The weather (there is a recurring theme here!) was incredible! The wedding was at Blue Bell Country Club. My friend picked out these cute little vases for the shepherds hooks. We had done another wedding where the bride had used mason jars for the vases and I showed Joanna the picture and she loved the idea. So...she went shopping and found these, they are actually for candles.  


What a fun look for an outside wedding!




The reception centerpeices were candles surrounded by rings of flowers on half of the tables and glass bubble vases on other half of the tables.
