Who first said that? Not sure, but it has always been our motto! I had a crazy experience today that really got me thinking about customer service. We have always treated everyone from the single flower buyer to our big corporate customers as if they were the most important. Today I spoke to someone who was told by a florist that they wouldn't get good service because their wedding became much smaller. WHO says that? I quess they were being honest but WHO does that. We are in business to take care of the customer. We know the story of a bad experience spreads quicker than wildfire?? I am ranting a little bit, but the flower industry is having enough issues without BAD service. We love ALL kinds of flower buyers! So whether you are having a wedding or buying a small bunch of flowers stop by the flower store that wants to take good care of YOU!!
